Fantastic welcome! We had booked online, but upon arrival we realized it wasn't quite what we were looking for. There were no problems at all changing bikes, and we even rented for longer than planned. The bikes are excellent, and the location is ideal. This is our second time renting, and certainly not our last. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointed by the behavior of the owner. Online we had reserved a small trailer, certainly marked for children, but we thought it was possible for a small dog. It was not possible, ok, he told us when we arrived I will reimburse you for the trailer and reduce the time to 4 hours instead of the planned day. When we returned from our trip, reimbursement was supposedly no longer possible. No commercial gesture, we found that really limiting.

The bikes are comfortable, especially their saddles. Locks are provided, as well as a breakdown kit. Cyclo Parc is also flexible with return times, which is a plus when you're on vacation.

Quick and easy rental from the website. I rented 2 bikes for the day to go to the Île de Ré. Pleasant welcome, tailored advice (route, driving, and safety), and above all, a comfortable bike. We picked up the bikes later than expected (difficult to wake up, a little sick) and came back earlier... In the end, the manager charged us for half a day. That was really very kind of him.
Nothing more to say except that you have nothing to fear. You can rent with your eyes closed.

Excellent welcome, while there were no electric bikes available anywhere, they did their best to prepare 2 for us. We were able to take an exceptional ride to the Ile de Ré and we still had nearly 50 % battery. I highly recommend they are really super nice.

A superb welcome with concrete explanations on the beautiful walks in the city as well as the places to avoid. High-quality bikes at an unbeatable price (50€ per week or less than 7€ per day for magnificent mountain bikes). In addition, for this louse, each bike includes a large and very practical basket, a luggage rack with straps, a lock and a helmet. Since we were staying for a week, we were even given a tracking kit just in case.
We were able to experience them for many kilometers, particularly on the Ile de Ré, a real pleasure for discovering the island.
The icing on the cake: an after-sales service that takes care of any problems and provides additional explanations.

Great experience with Cyclo Parc! The bikes are great, comfortable and perfect for long rides. We went for a first tour between the beaches near La Rochelle on the first day and on the second day we left for the Ile de Ré without any worries! We borrowed 2 hybrid bikes to travel around the Ile de Ré from La Rochelle. The manager told us the routes to follow so that we could enjoy our getaway. Two bikes were rented for the day on September 21st to go to the Île de Ré and take a short tour of the island. We were greeted in the morning at 10 a.m. by a very pleasant person, who explained to us how to get to the bridge and which circuit to take on the island. Good quality, comfortable bikes. Free helmet loan.
In the evening we received some advice on where to eat, a little extra that we appreciated.
We recommend Cyclo parc.

I loved renting bikes from them. Very polite, friendly, smiling, pleasant, in short, a person passionate about his job and who showed us the little tourist spots with his advice. We were able to discover some great places!
The bikes for tours are great, the saddle is comfortable, we were able to do more than 150km from La Rochelle to the Ile de Ré in a week!
Consider renting quickly! It's a victim of its own success.

Nice owner who remains very calm and professional despite strange requests from some customers that I have heard. Good bike, well equipped, comfortable and recent. No problem to go to the Ile de Ré. Very good price for a 3 day rental (only slightly more expensive than 2 days). Efficient online booking. Additional U-lock provided free of charge to secure the night. What more???

Clearly THE rental company to choose in La Rochelle! Arthur is very friendly and accommodating. I was wrong on the date of recovery of the bikes, he immediately made the change and replied to my email (at 22:30 p.m.!). That's what I call being reactive. The bikes are incredibly comfortable. We just came back from a day of 57kms by bike, and not even hurt our buttocks, which is quite important. The bikes hold up super well even on mountain bike worthy paths, anti-theft provided with the bikes. A 10/10. We will choose Cyclo Parc again if we have the pleasure of returning to La Rochelle one day.
